We were introduced to Toby by a work colleague - moving from 1800 miles away, we did not know much about Tucson - she was very patient is showing us different areas of the city and sometimes the same home multiple times so we could be at ease with our decision.
She is very particular about detailed and appropriate inspections - which we were thankful for since that led to us pulling our first offer. This is our third time buying a house and we were surprised at her attention to detail - she was present for every inspection, a first for us. Even in COVID times she was able to deliver on finding the right fit for our home and managed things very effectively with our lender etc so we were able to move in within 2 months of setting foot in Tucson.
